How It Works

1. Order Your Refresh Service
Purchase the “Refresh My AMARA!" service for just $18. The price includes everything, including a fully renewed bracelet on a fresh elastic (color and size of your size), a cleaning, the return shipping label, and free shipping back to you.

2. Receive Your Prepaid Return Label
After your order is processed, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it, pack your bracelet securely, and send it back to us.

3. We Refresh Your Bracelet
When we receive your bracelet, we’ll carefully clean, repair, and restore it to like-new condition. Whether it needs a touch-up or full restoration, we’ll make sure it’s looking its best!

4. We Ship It Back to You – Free of Charge!
Once your bracelet is refreshed, we’ll ship it back to you with free return shipping. You’ll get your bracelet back looking just like the day you first received it! If you want it to be a new color or add charms, just add the charms to your cart and let us know in the notes to add the charms on!

Standard shipping is free on all domestic (US) orders over $49 USD.

Delivery times are shown on the checkout page and are in addition to the 1-2 day processing time as all items are handmade to order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@liveamara.co to arrange a return. We will send you a return shipping address.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for discontinued items, or customized items. These items are final sale.

Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.

Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
